Il Barocco is one of the restaurants within Palazzo Versace and it serves in addition of a full breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. It is open to the public ie not just exclusive to hotel guests. The full breakfast buffet is $46 per person.
As buffet breaksfasts go, Il Barocco has quite a good range of the usual suspects eg eggs done various ways; sausages and bacon; naughty bits like waffles and jam donuts.
P and Kiddo stuffed themselves silly with hash browns and the like.
Whereas I tended towards their sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes...

...as well as a make-your-own-salad.
There is a sizeable bakery area with weird and wonderful breads as well as muffins and pastries. As well as a fair range of cereals and fruit. And it wouldn't be a hotel which catered for overseas visitors if it didn't have the obligatory miso soup, congee and noodle station.
There is table service for hot beverages or you can make your own at the coffee machine.
