Featuring pristine Tasmanian produce from remote farms and fisheries, Pure South Dining has Australian Open Tennis & WaterTaxi Dinner packages available, including a glass of premium wine or a premium beer, coffee or tea and pre-booked WaterTaxi tickets from Pure South front door to Rod Laver Arena.

'The Waterslide Bar Grass Court'
We love the old world glamour of the Waterslide Bar (see
