Feastively by Obelix

For a person who loathes supermarkets and struggles to cook meals that are nutritious and delicious, meal kits like Feastively are a God-send, particularly on a week night.

What sets Feastively apart is that they do all the prep work for you.  Every thing arrives chopped and ready to go.  All you need to do is to operate a pair of scissors to cut open the vacuum pack and apply heat - voila!  Dinner in 15 minutes or less.

We were provided with two meal kits from Feastively to try.  The first being the Korean Beef Bulgogi.  This was served on rice with kimchi as accompaniment.  The whole dish took less than 10 mins for me to knock up.  It was flavourful with decent sized serves.

The Chicken with Mixed Veg Korma was also a quick and easy dish to prepare.  My eleven year old was able to prepare this for us with little effort - check out her video below.  The curry was fragrant with mild heat intensity and there were plenty of veg.

Overall

Feastively meal kits are delivered conveniently to your doorstep at a time that suits you.  It's a healthy alternative to grabbing take away and perfect for those who are uninspired with meal ideas.  They are also a way to get kids in the kitchen, cooking and taking an interest in their meals.

The Eat and Be Merry Crew were guests of Feastively.
